Dropped $70 on a cheap dash cam in 2016, and it caught the exact moment before a viral crash
Everyone said the $70 knockoff cam would die in a month, but a clip from it ended up in a local news story that got 2 million views. The $400 one I got after had better video but missed the one event I needed it for. So is it dumb luck or do cheap cams just work when it counts?
