Found a 2019 thread predicting the plant-based meat shortage in my old forum bookmarks
Last month I was clearing out my browser history and stumbled on a thread from a tiny vegan forum I used in 2019. Someone in Ohio wrote that their tofu supplier kept running late and the big brands would panic within 5 years. That hit news last week, and I still have the bookmark to prove it.
