Honestly though, those headlines can be a good starting point. Sometimes one big deal really does set the tone for a whole industry. Tbh, ignoring them completely means you might miss the early signs of a real shift. It's about reading past the clickbait to see if there's actual weight behind the story. Not every headline is trash, some point to bigger changes coming.

Yeah, I always figured it was just the usual stuff too. That contract story really made it click for me, like oh, this is way more specific.

Right? Just a cool $2 billion gone poof, that'll do it. Guess the "AI efficiency" spin was just a nicer poster for "we bet the farm and lost." Funny how pointing to one giant, epic fail of a contract ruins the nice, clean narrative they wanted.
