My aunt's shrine to John Lennon got a Walmart candle upgrade

Visited my aunt in Dayton last month and her Lennon corner went from a dusty 1970s poster to a full-on altar with a 12 pack of votives and a framed receipt from his last concert. She swore the 'Imagine' loop playing on her phone brought her dead cat back for a night, so now I gotta ask, has anyone else seen fans turn grief into some weird side business?

My uncle did the same thing with Elvis, minus the cat resurrection. He started selling "blessed" jar lids off the shrine on eBay, made enough to cover his cable bill for a year. Grief finds weird ways to pay rent sometimes.
