I picked Veronica Mars over a rewatch of Gilmore Girls and finished all 3 seasons in 11 nights
My girlfriend kept pushing Gilmore Girls for our weeknight watching and I kept putting it off, so I made a deal with her: give Veronica Mars two episodes before we decide. We started on a Tuesday and by night three she was the one asking if we could do four episodes instead of two. The cases each wrap up in one episode but the season long mystery kept us hooked, and Kristen Bell's voiceovers never got old for me. We finished all 3 seasons in 11 nights, which is a record for us. What show got you to break your usual two episode rule?

Wait, there are 3 seasons? I always forget it got cut short after season 3 and then came back with that movie years later. Most people count the season 4 revival on Hulu too. My wife and I did the same thing with Friday Night Lights though, started with one episode a night and next thing you know it's 1am and we're still going. That show had no business being as good as it was for something about high school football in Texas.
