Shoutout to that one week last spring where everything crashed at once
Back in April I had a stretch of 5 days where my car broke down on I-75 near Atlanta, my phone died completely, and I got ghosted by a job I thought was locked in. It was like the universe picked a random Tuesday to just unload on me lol. Has anyone else had a week that felt like a bad bot script?

I used to think people were just complaining too much about bad luck, but that April week changed my mind. My car died on I-75 right near the same spot you mentioned, and I sat there for three hours watching a family play tag in the breakdown lane. My phone battery hit 5% just as I tried to call my boss, and the job I had been waiting on for two months sent me a rejection email the next morning. It felt like the universe was running a glitchy program that just kept looping. I never really believed in "everything happens for a reason" until that week made me stop pretending.

My buddy Mike got stuck on I-75 south of Atlanta for almost four hours last summer. He was trying to get to a family cookout and ended up missing the whole thing. Said he watched three different people get out of their cars and start tossing a football in the median just to pass the time. By the time he finally got moving, the barbecue was cold and his phone was dead. He still brings it up every time someone mentions driving anywhere near that highway.
