Heard a cashier quote a meme wrong and it cleared my head
Tbh I was standing in line at a 7-Eleven in Fresno and this kid tells his buddy 'the lore is unmatched' about a Slurpee flavor, totally serious. It hit me that these trends are just inside jokes for strangers, and I stopped feeling dumb for not keeping up. Anyone else get a weird sense of relief when you realize you don't have to know all the context?

Man, I stopped stressing about memes the second I realized half the people using em dont even get em either. Just nod along and throw out whatever feels right, nobody checks your work on this stuff.
