Question about the frog in a bucket trend, my nephew finally roped me into watching one
My nephew pulled up a video on my couch in Fresno showing a guy pretending to be a frog stuck in a bucket for 40 seconds, and I made it about 12 seconds before I asked him to turn it off. He acted like I was crazy for not getting it, so I sat through three more to give it a fair shot. Every single one was the exact same bit with a different sound effect, no joke, no point, just a guy croaking. I finally asked him what the appeal was and he just shrugged and said the sound is catchy. Is there a name for this whole genre or do I just accept that I am officially old now?
