TIL that 'skibidi toilet' trend actually started from a Garry's Mod animation

I was scrolling through my cousin's phone at a family dinner last Tuesday and saw this weird dancing head in a toilet. Turns out it's a whole series by this guy named DaFuq on YouTube with like 60 episodes. Has anyone else accidentally watched 5 minutes of this stuff and felt their IQ drop?

Honestly I clicked on one of those videos thinking it was just some weird meme and next thing I know I'm 20 minutes deep trying to figure out the lore. Tbh it kind of reminds me of that time I got hooked on those old Salad Fingers videos back in the day because you just can't look away from the chaos. My little cousin keeps telling me there's a whole backstory with these camera heads fighting toilet heads and I'm like man this is what kids are watching now? Ngl the animation quality is actually decent for a Garry's Mod thing but the whole concept is so random it makes my brain hurt. I had to stop watching because I started hearing that song in my sleep and that's when I knew I crossed a line.

Gotta disagree with you @quinnm77, I actually think the Skibidi Toilet series has some clever storytelling hidden under all that chaos. The way the creator builds a whole war between camera heads and toilet heads is basically a modern take on those old machinima series we used to watch. Yeah it's weird, but honestly I'd rather kids watch this kind of creative nonsense than some of the other garbage out there.
