Tried that viral 'one-pan pasta' trend and ended up with a stove full of burnt milk
Saw this video where you throw spaghetti, tomatoes, and milk all in one pan and it cooks together. Looked easy. Used a nonstick pan like they said. Set it on medium heat. Five minutes later I had a crusty layer of scorched milk stuck to the bottom and pasta that was still crunchy on top. Anyone else try these lazy recipes and end up spending more time scrubbing your cookware than you would have just cooking normally?
