The 4pm grocery run rule finally clicked for me in Austin
I used to shop Saturday mornings and always blew past my $90 budget because I grabbed impulse snacks on an empty stomach. Last week I went at 4pm on a Tuesday instead, ate lunch first, and stuck to 14 items for $63 even with the markdown section. Anyone else find that the time of day quietly decides your spending more than the list does?
