DAE think washi tape is a waste? My sister's 2 hour setup at a Denver cafe flipped me
Three years ago I started my first bujo and skipped washi tape completely, I thought it was just pretty clutter that took up space in my 20 dollar Amazon starter kit. Last Saturday my sister sat me down at a cafe in Denver and spent 2 hours showing me how she uses washi to block off her weekly spread sections instead of drawing lines, and honestly the whole thing suddenly made sense. The tape peels off clean when she messes up, so she never rips pages or smudges ink like I do. I went home and ordered 3 rolls that night, which is wild since I used to roll my eyes at the whole washi aisle at Michaels. For people who use it, do you stick to plain colors or do the patterned rolls actually help you stay consistent?
