My bullet journal saved me during a total disaster of a work week
Last month I had back to back meetings for 4 days straight at my office in Minneapolis. My bujo was the only thing keeping my brain from melting down - I color coded each client deadline and added tiny checkboxes for follow up calls. By Friday I had crossed off 23 tasks and my whole team was asking how I stayed calm. Has anyone else used their journal to survive a crazy schedule at work?

I read somewhere that color coding actually taps into how your brain processes visual information faster than text alone. That checkout trick with the tiny checkboxes is genius I might steal it. I just got a pack of mildliners after seeing someone on here rave about them for exactly this kind of schedule mapping. There was a whole article about how crossing off physical tasks releases a little dopamine hit which keeps you going through the slog. Honestly your team probably thinks you have some kind of superpower but really it's just good organization combined with a sprinkle of science.

Can't believe you survived 4 straight days of back to back meetings... I would've completely lost it by day two with no system in place.

Can't believe you made it through all four without a single break. I'd be hiding in the bathroom by hour three just to get some quiet. You must have the patience of a saint for real.
