Pro tip: quit redrawing your monthly log from scratch, use a 3 month grid instead
I kept setting up a fresh monthly calendar page on the 1st of each month and it ate half an hour every time. About 4 months ago I started drawing one grid that covers 3 months across a two page spread, with the dates already filled in. It cuts my setup time to maybe 5 minutes and I stop dreading the first of the month. The trick is to leave the right column blank for notes so you can jot a quick reminder like "renew truck reg" without making a new page. I've filled two of these spreads now and flipping back to check what I did in August is way easier than hunting through old pages. If you do this, do you mark future months with a dot or just leave them empty until the date gets close?
