Spent 5 months and $1,800 just to get my LLC reinstated in Nevada

So my business got administratively dissolved back in March because I missed one annual list filing. I figured I'd just pay the $150 fee and be done, but nope. Nevada made me file a reinstatement packet, get a tax clearance letter from the state, and wait 6 weeks for them to even look at it. Two certified checks later and I'm still waiting on the final approval email. Has anyone else dealt with a state dragging out a simple reinstatement this long, or did I just get unlucky?
