Walked into a butcher shop in Sandusky and their case was labeled by farm name and age, is this catching on?
Stopped in while visiting my brother. Every tag had the farm, the breed, and how long it hung. I run a small shop and just write the cut and price. Felt like I was slacking. Do customers there ask about that stuff or is it mostly for show? Wondering if I should start doing it.
