Stopped into a custom shop in Asheville and noticed their hinge jig setup...
They had a homemade plywood jig for inset hinges that cost maybe $30 in scraps and it cut their door fitting time down to 4 minutes a door, so now I'm wondering if I should ditch my $200 metal one for copy of that setup, anyone else seen a shop-built jig that just makes sense?

Been there, that plywood jig beat my expensive one so bad I gave it away...
