That splitter in the attic from 1998 finally gave up today
Was doing a service call in Round Rock, customer's internet kept dropping every 20 minutes. Climbed up and found this ancient 3-way splitter with corrosion all over the ports, replaced it with a new one and boom, solid signal. You guys ever find gear that old still in use? How long do you usually let stuff ride before you swap it out?
