That ex-radio host in my town got a whole new career and I'm not sure how to feel

Tbh I used to blast this guy's morning show for 5 years straight, then he got caught lying about a charity drive in 2019 and vanished. Last week I saw him hosting a trivia night at a bar in Boise, packed crowd, everyone laughing. He never apologized publicly, just switched to local events like nothing happened. Has anyone else watched someone quietly rebrand after a real scandal, and do you let it slide if they seem decent now?
