Got offered a supervisor spot in Tulsa, then the pay scale came out
Three months ago my boss in Tulsa told me I was getting promoted to shift lead, but when HR posted the new pay band I saw the raise was only $1.20 an hour for double the stress. I work at a distribution center and I already handle the night crew's scheduling and disputes, so the extra responsibility feels like a bad trade. Has anyone else turned down a title bump after seeing the actual numbers, and did it hurt your chances later?
