The hiring manager in Phoenix spent 20 minutes complaining about ghost jobs before taking my resume
I sat through a whole interview at a staffing office in Phoenix where the guy running it ranted about companies posting fake listings, then he admitted his own firm posts jobs with no openings just to "keep the pipeline warm" for $18 an hour roles, so has anyone else been told that to their face during an interview?
