Unpopular opinion: asking a 68 year old welder in Tulsa about my resume beat every career blog I read
He looked at it for 10 seconds and asked why my 3 biggest wins were buried on page 2 under my job duties. I moved them to the top that night and got 2 callbacks in a week, so what's the dumbest resume advice you've gotten from an actual person?

Saw a LinkedIn guy say to keep it to one page, that advice cost me two jobs.
