Heard a homeowner in Phoenix say they bought a 'premium' pad that was just 1/4 inch rebond foam

They paid extra thinking it was high quality, but it's basically the cheapest option and won't last. Made me realize we need to be super clear about pad specs before the sale. What's your go-to way to explain pad grades to avoid this?

Super clear specs" means showing them a cut sample of each pad type.

Super clear specs" sounds like a lot of extra work. It's just coasters, not a contract. A good mockup should be enough.

Remember my friend who ordered custom coasters? They just sent a digital mockup, so she got plain white circles. Should have asked for a real cut sample like this post says.
