Spent 3 hours at the Daley Center last Tuesday just to file one small claims form
I got there at 8:30am thinking it would take 20 minutes, but between the security line, the wrong floor twice, and a clerk telling me I needed a stamped copy I didn't have, I didn't walk out until almost noon, so does anyone know if the online e-filing for small claims under $1,500 actually works or should I just budget a whole morning every time?

Ugh, online filing crashed on me twice last month, still went in person.

Crashed on you twice and you still ended up standing in line anyway. Sounds like the website is just a fancy way of telling you to go in person.
