A homeowner in Boise told me my brush was "too soft" for her flue and I almost walked off the job
Big box store training says stiff poly is fine for everything, but she was right, the glazed creosote in that 8 inch liner needed steel, and I've been carrying both setups on the truck ever since, so what do you all run when a customer pushes back on your tools?

Carrying both setups saved me too, now I just show the customer the creosote and they get it.
