Counted 14 bike racks at the new library in Dayton and only 2 bikes parked
I stopped by the new West Branch library on Wednesday afternoon to return some books and noticed they put in 14 bike racks along the side entrance. Over the next hour I watched maybe 2 people actually lock up a bike there, while the parking lot stayed packed. Is it just me, or do cities keep building bike stuff in places where nobody rides, and what would actually get people to use them?
