My power bill dropped $45 after I stopped charging at peak hours

I always figured charging my EV at night was enough, but last month I checked the time-of-use rates and saw the 4pm-9pm window costs triple. Switched to charging after 10pm and my bill went from $210 to $165. Has anyone else found savings by shifting other big appliances to off-peak times?
