Our street's storm drains went from trash cans to actually draining after two Saturdays of work
Six of us spent about three hours each on two Saturdays in April clearing leaves and trash from the 8 drains on our block in Lexington, and after the last big rain the corner that used to flood knee-deep drained in under an hour, so I'm wondering if other neighborhoods have tried this and how you got people to keep showing up.
