Ugh, typical. That plan probably got filed right under "stuff we'll pretend to care about later." Guess we'll just wait for the next big storm to remind them. Their follow through is about as strong as their planning.

My town put up signs for a new playground two years ago. They cleared the land and then just left it, now it's all weeds and a broken water fountain. The basketball court lines are faded and half the nets are gone.

Holy cow, they cleared the whole area for a playground and just abandoned it? Davis.xena nailed it with that "pretend to care about later" file. This is why nobody trusts these big plans anymore.
