Switched from G54 to G55 on a repeat job and cut my setup time in half, nobody talks about this
Ran a 300 piece aluminum bracket job for 6 months using G54 for everything and always had to re-touch off the second vise. Swapped to G55 with a dedicated offset for the rear jaw and my setup dropped from 25 minutes to about 10. My lead at the shop in Gary kept saying offsets are offsets, but he never tried it. Anybody else running separate work offsets per vise or is that just asking for trouble when someone else loads the program?

Man, separate offsets per vise is just good sense, not trouble.
