Showerthought: a beginner in my study group was pasting errors into the console instead of reading them
I watched a guy in my Tuesday night Python group copy a traceback into the browser search bar for 40 minutes straight, and he never once looked at the line number it gave him. It turns out the traceback already points at the exact line and file, so you can skip the search and just go look. Does anyone here teach folks to spot the line number, or do you let them struggle a bit first?
