A customer at my bench in Tulsa asked why I bill drive time and now I can't decide
He said "I'm not paying you to sit in your truck," and honestly half of me agrees while the other half knows the 40 minute drive to his office off Route 66 is work. Do you charge for windshield time or eat it and pad the hourly?
