DAE have an old PC that started making weird noises on its own?

I was cleaning out a crusty desktop from the late 90s. When I booted it up, the hard drive began clicking in a rhythm that almost sounded like a beat. My cat jumped on the desk and stared at it like it was talking. We both just sat there confused for a minute. Honestly, it was the funniest glitch I've seen in years.

Ugh, no way that's just a fan. I had that exact same clicking happen right before my drive totally died. It starts quiet and then gets worse real fast. Once you hear that sound, you need to back up your stuff immediately. I lost a whole project because I ignored it for like a day. That click is the worst noise a computer can make, I mean it.

Reminds me when my old computer started making clicking sounds. Took me three days to realize it wasn't the heater.
