38 out of 41 were other salespeople? That is brutal. You basically paid $2,400 to get pitched at by strangers for 3 months. The 3 real buyers works out to $800 a lead, which is insane unless you're selling something with a huge ticket. I'd be blowing up that shop's phone demanding a refund, not asking the internet for advice.

Guilty of the same thing but I see it different, those unopened sizes are basically cheap insurance for the one weird job that shows up in February. Twelve bucks sitting on a shelf beats driving across town at 6am when nothing else fits.

Just skip the bath, cheesecake cracks are cosmetic and nobody at Thanksgiving cares. A soggy 2am disaster is way worse than a little crack on top.
