Hit 10,000 successful remote repairs last month without a single callback

I keep a spreadsheet of every job I do and last month I crossed 10,000 remote repairs. The surprising part is I used to avoid remote work because I thought I'd miss physical problems. What tool do you guys rely on most for remote diagnostics?

@fionam11 you say that like 10,000 spreadsheets is a bad thing. I bet you'd change your tune if you saw how many callbacks you could avoid with a decent log.
