Hit 4,000 hours on my Liebherr LTM 1090 last month and the maintenance bill shocked me

I rolled past 4,000 hours on my LTM 1090 last month after running it hard on a wind farm job outside Abilene. My mechanic quoted me $6,800 for the annual load chart recert plus a hydraulic hose replacement on the boom telescope cylinder, way more than the $3,200 I had budgeted. Has anyone else seen maintenance costs jump like that past the 4k mark, or is my guy just charging city prices?
