The site trailer got a makeover overnight, I still can't explain it
We parked the same beat-up trailer Friday, came back Monday and suddenly there was a clean coffee station with a mini fridge and a laminated sign saying 'Respect the Rig.' Nobody admitted to it, but the apprentice had a suspicious grin and a new toolbox. Has anyone else had a crew member do something weirdly thoughtful like that?

Got a buddy whose crew once rebuilt the entire break room over a long weekend, new paint and all, and nobody fessed up for a month. Turns out the quiet kid just wanted somewhere clean to eat his lunch without getting grief. Weird how the smallest kindness can stir up the most suspicion on a job site.
