Rented a place through a private landlord and my credit score jumped 22 points after 3 months
He reported my on-time rent to the bureaus without me even asking, just because I put it in the lease. Has anyone else gotten a surprise boost from a landlord who actually reports, or do most of you deal with property managers who won't bother?
