Shoutout to the lady at the HUD office in Cleveland who said to dispute my old address first
She said my rental history was the real problem, not my score, and that one wrong address from 2019 was making me look like a skip risk. Disputed it with the bureau and the property manager called me back 11 days later. Has anyone else had an address error fight them harder than the score itself?

Man, yes! Had a wrong zip code from 2018 that kept popping up and it messed with my rental apps way more than my score ever did. Once I got the property manager to send a letter confirming the right address, it cleared up pretty quick. Good on you for sticking with it!
