Sat through a 3 hour 'wellness' seminar in Boise and noticed nobody was allowed to leave for water
Back in March I went with a friend to what she called a free breathwork class at a hotel conference room off I-84 in Boise, and about 90 minutes in a man at the door started blocking people from stepping out. They took our phones at check in, which they said was for focus, and when one woman stood up to use the restroom a guy walked right beside her the entire way. The part that still gets me is the sign up sheet asked for our emergency contacts and home addresses, which is way more than any yoga class needs. If you have been to one of these and they pushed a weekend retreat that costs 2 grand, what tipped you off that it was more than a class?
