Dropped $67 on a birthday gift box that showed up looking nothing like the pics
Found this site last week advertising a curated gift box with snacks and a candle for my sister in Denver, pics looked great. Paid $67 with shipping, waited 12 days, and the box that showed up had a smashed granola bar and a candle smaller than my thumb. The site had fake reviews on a Trustpilot clone I didn't check, plus a countdown timer that reset every time I refreshed. I sent two emails and got one reply asking for photos, then nothing. Has anyone gotten a refund from a Shopify store like this, or do I just eat the loss and warn people?
