Hit 10,000 steps every day for 90 days straight and my doctor was wrong
I started walking 3 miles each morning back in May after my blood work came back bad. By day 45 my resting heart rate dropped from 78 to 62 and my blood pressure meds got cut in half. Has anyone else had a doctor tell them something was permanent only to reverse it with a simple daily habit?

The doctor told me mine was permanent too. Funny how the human body doesn't read medical textbooks.

Two years ago my doctors told me my lower back was never gonna get better. Six months of just walking and stretching later, I was back to hiking on weekends. It's almost like our bodies have their own plans that don't care what anyone says.

Guess doctors missed the memo that bodies do what they want.
