My uncle's funeral video last month had 3 tells I almost missed
My cousin in Ohio sent a clip of my uncle's service from last month. Looked totally normal at first. But I noticed the ear shadows pointed left while the face light came from the right. Then the hair static didn't move when he turned his head. And his glasses had no reflection on the podium. I ran it through a free frame checker and the blink rate was off by 40%. Who is making fake funeral videos? That's a new low. Has anyone else seen memorial fakes targeting older families?

Free frame checkers are junk and anyone can mess with those numbers, so a "40% off blink rate" doesn't prove much on its own. Family videos from phones get compressed and re-encoded a dozen times, which can create weird shadows and missing reflections all by itself.
