My gallery wall crashed an hour before the online opening

I was setting up the 3D tour for my client's showcase in Austin when the software froze and wiped all 14 tagged pieces. I rebuilt it in 40 minutes using flat lay photos instead of the fancy hotspots. Anyone else have to pull a quick backup plan when their virtual setup fails mid-stream?
