Found out I signed exactly 47 papers during my divorce

I counted them all while packing up my apartment last week. That's more paperwork than I filled out buying my first house. Did anyone else's stack get way bigger than they expected?

47 is a weirdly specific number, almost like a bad omen.

@theas28 I don't know though, I've always thought 47 had more of a lucky feel to it than a bad one. My dad used to say 47 was the number of days it took to get a letter from his brother overseas during the war, so it always meant good news was coming. Maybe it's just one of those numbers that seems specific because it's not a round number, you know? But a bad omen feels a little strong for it.

Honestly @theas28 I used to think 47 was just some random number, no big deal either way. But you got me thinking about it now, it does feel kind of off and specific for no reason. Kinda changes how I see it.
