Question about that viral video of the bakery owner yelling at a customer

I saw a clip on Facebook last Tuesday where a bakery owner in Portland supposedly screamed at a woman for asking about gluten-free options. Turns out the full 12-minute version shows the customer had already been rude for 10 minutes before the owner finally snapped. Did anyone else dig deeper into that story before getting angry about it?

The full 12-minute version shows she was rude for 10 minutes first. People jumped to conclusions based on a 30 second clip without any context. Everyone needs to slow down before getting angry online.

Wait, you mean people on the internet got outraged over a 30-second clip and didn't watch the rest? That never happens. I'm shocked, honestly shocked. Next thing you'll tell me is that politicians sometimes don't tell the whole truth in a campaign ad. But yeah, that lady must have been a real piece of work to make a baker snap after 10 minutes, I've met some patient bakers.

That 10 minutes of buildup is exactly the kind of detail people ignore. Same thing happened in my neighborhood when someone posted a clip of a cashier yelling at a customer, turned out the customer had been harassing the cashier for 15 minutes before the camera started rolling. People need to watch the whole thing before grabbing their pitchforks.
