Idk, maybe it's just me but these notes feel generic.

Totally get that, I used to roll my eyes at those notes. But one time the "hints of black cherry" actually lined up for me and it kinda changed my mind.

Had that happen with a leather note in a red once. Felt like my taste buds finally got the memo. Now I at least give those weird descriptions a chance.

Leather notes in red wine always throw me off. I've had a few bottles where people said it was there, but I just got oak and fruit. Maybe one day my taste buds will catch up too.
