inWhy my basic tool box gets the job done on most cameras
Ugh, been there! Paperclips are way too soft and can bend the tiny pins inside. I use a plastic spudger from an old phone repair kit now. If something's really stuck, a tiny drop of isopropyl alcohol on the connector helps loosen it without the metal-on-metal damage.

inPaid off my card, but the bank might owe me money. What would you do?
Ever notice how banks treat interest math like it's rocket science? @grantp42 I swear they hope we're all just too tired to check our statements. Their "advanced computer systems" somehow can't handle simple percentages without glitching in their favor every few months.

inWhy does nobody talk about the wrist pain from testing old controllers?
Did you ever get checked by a doctor or just assume it was discomfort? Nerve damage isn't just sore muscles, it can permanently mess up your grip strength.

inRant: My brothers and I are stuck on what to do with our parents' old place
You mentioned fighting over small stuff like the roof and realtor. I read an article about siblings inheriting property, and it made a good point. It said that without a shared goal, every small cost will feel like a battle. So maybe you three should meet just to talk about what your dad would have hoped for with the house. Once you pick a clear path together, the smaller choices become easier to handle. Bringing in someone trusted to help you talk might keep things calm and fair. I hope you find a way to work this out without more hurt feelings.
