My dad passed last year and left the house to all three of us kids. One brother wants to sell it fast for cash, another wants to fix it up and rent it out, and I'm stuck in the middle. We keep fighting over small stuff like who pays for a new roof or if we should just hire a realtor now. It's putting a huge strain on us and nobody will budge. Has anyone else dealt with inheriting property with siblings? I need some tips on how to handle this without our family falling apart. We really need a plan that works for everyone but I have no idea where to start.

My street food tour guide spent more time on his phone than talking about food
Ever think guides rush filming because they're bad at small talk? Just ask your questions anyway, they'll usually step back once a real conversation starts.
