I spent 6 months trying to recreate those over-the-top, trending styles from TikTok, but the tipping point was when Mrs. Henderson brought her poodle in yesterday and said, 'Can you just make him look like a normal, happy dog again?' and it hit me that chasing the hype meant I'd stopped doing the good, basic work people actually wanted.
